Location: the hotel was just next door to train station and the colmar downtown, the centre of the tourist area and the Christmas Market. Impeccable service, even though a few employees were very unfriendly.

A charming stay by the canal
Waking up to the gentle sounds of the canal water was a delight, while the staff greeted us warmly and provided a lovely dog bowl for our furry friend. The breakfast was a good feast!
Unfortunately, our room felt a tad cramped for three, and we faced a bit of confusion when parking due to limited space and the nearby marathon. A larger room would have.

Our family had such a delightful stay! We loved relaxing on the sun terrace while the kids played around, and the spacious room was a nice surprise. Just a heads up, there are a few stairs to navigate from the elevator, so pack light if you can! 😊
